Reagan Equipment's largest branch is located just outside of New Orleans in Harvey, LA. This branch has separate facilities for its Parts & Service and Fabrication divisions.

The Parts & Service unit totals 43,000 square feet under roof. It includes the central warehouse, machine shops, and the RECO-Bilt rebuilding center and assembly shop. On-site specialty shops perform repair and overhaul of engine components and accessories such as turbochargers, fuel injection systems, ignition systems/magnetos, water pumps, accessory drives, air starters, carburetors, cylinder heads, radiators, and clutches.

The Fabrication and Engineering area has 300 feet of bulkhead on the Harvey Canal (11 foot average depth) and is served by a railroad spur. The location is 2 miles south of the Mississippi River and 2.5 miles north of the Intracoastal Waterway. This facility has over 26,000 square feet under roof dedicated to engineering offices, machine shop, and welding areas. The welding facility is capable of both steel and aluminum welding. A large concrete area adjacent to the canal is used for final assembly and testing. It is serviced by a mobile 40 ton crane and a 2 megawatt load bank for testing.
