Adaptability
 

Automated Variable Speed Control - The software that controls the electric motor speed utilizes the blower’s wide range of operating capabilities to maintain key parameters within preset values. These parameters are the blower’s suction pressure, discharge pressure, differential pressure, and discharge temperature. As well conditions fluctuate, blower speed adjusts quickly to maximize the gas production and allow continuous operation.

Free Flow Bypass Valve - In the event of drive shut down, free flow can be established thru opening the manual bypass system preventing shut-in pressure buildup. An automated bypass system is an option which would prevent flow interruption.

Convenience

Interchangeability - The UniBlower is completely assembled on a skid for ease of transportation and instant production well site hookup.

Optional Telemetry Control - Blower operation can be monitored and controlled remotely with an optional telemetry control. This option is extremely useful for remote locations where blower access can be limited.

Minimal Maintenance - The self-oiling blower requires minimal maintenance with only a semi-annual oil change requirement.

No Field Welding Required - The pre-fabricated piping connects with ease via standard pipe flanges.

Installed Away From the Wellhead - Installing the UniBlower away from the wellhead will reduce clutter at the wellhead promoting accessibility for workover rigs and other heavy equipment. The UniBlower’s unique skid design allows the blower to be easily placed in a central location simplifying pipe installations when connecting to your production wells.

Avoid Damage Associated with High Discharge Temperatures - The UniBlower has the capability to safely operate with discharge temperatures as high as 320oF (160oC). These temperatures are then reduced through the heat exchanger preventing damage to production lines or gas lines.

Reduced Water Buildup - The UniBlower is outfitted with a gas/water separator to remove unwanted water particles from the gas line.

The UniBlower is a fully-automated variable-speed blower package that increases the production of natural gas from wells by producing a positive displacement pressure on the gas line. In addition to increasing gas production the UniBlower is equipped with a gas/water separation system as well as a heat exchanger allowing the gas to cool before it reenters the production line
